Traci Bag products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Traci Bag website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Payment

Traci Bag accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Discover

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax

Traci Bag charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time for shipping. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Traci Bag cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Returns/Exchanges

30 Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.

Return Authorization
Please call Customer Service at 317-697-0130 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Returning Your Item

  • Please write the Return Authorization number in the upper right-hand corner of the Sales Agreement enclosed with your purchase.
  • Write the reason for returning the merchandise.
  • Pack the merchandise in the original shipping box.
  • Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS.
  • Check your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Exchanging Your Item

  • Please call Customer Service at 317-697-0130 to arrange for an exchange.
  • Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS at no additional cost (except shipping charges). You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Warranty

A limited warranty is accompanied with each Traci Bag purchase. Warranties are valid for a period of 60 days. Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding zippers, and the malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence. Traci Bag has the right to refuse warranty service if negligence or misuse beyond normal wear and tear of the product has occurred.

 

Gift-Wrap
